Sifu Rafael Moreno is back in his house. Born in Caracas, but from Tachira at heart, this master of martial arts, with a 10th degree degree, returns to San Cristóbal, after several years of forays through various countries in South America and Europe.

From 1975, when he arrived in Táchira, from the country’s capital, until 1998, years in which he was training the future aces of the thousand-year-old sport of martial arts in Táchira, Moreno left his mark thanks to his knowledge and wise teaching.
